Removing Employee from the System

To remove an employee from the system, the same steps are taken when adding to the system. The request to remove an employee will come from Yes Corporate or a Community Manager may request the removal of an employee

1. Delete the employee from Comm Data (All fields)
2. Delete the employee from EFax
3. Delete the employee from the extension in 8×8, also disable the extension
