This is the E-Mail Template used to request a Scheduled Granite Tech.

In the Subject Field of the E-Mail enter the following information: 

Client Address / Community Name and Number, Address of the Community; followed by the purpose of the visit.
Example: 4610 Allison Road, Houston, TX 77048 0525 Allison Acres; Install a new drop and router.

We explain the sign out procedures to the tech on first contact.

Before pictures must be received. support@ceg-solutions.com

A non-signed JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION sheet must be scanned and emailed before release of the tech from site.

We will then call the Client and free them to sign the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION.

The following must be checked before a sign out of the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION is filled out by tech for signature.

Invoice is then checked against the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION to insure our client is properly billed and Granite’s reputation is not damaged by a single tech.
