In the Location field enter the following:
The service address where the install is taking place.
Example: 4610 Allison Road, Houston, TX 77048

It is important that you or a responsible staff member contact CEG’s Help Desk at 800-908-2340 upon technician’s arrival and before beginning work and prior to departure so that we can guide efforts and restore service as quickly as possible. In some cases, a technician sign-off is required. If this is the case, please contact CEG before signing the document.
