AI – Record Change – All, eFax, Phone System, Remove/Add Same Employee

Moving an employee within Yes Communities.

When we move employees at Yes Communities it is very impotent that we keep our records straight on the PBX and Comm Data.

We will use Jeanine Bower as our example: 

Jeanine Bower- was Sales at 0579 Paradise lakes now at 0530 Parkwood Estates (FLJ)

 

First Ticket

New AI Ticket is made to remove staff member from Community 0579 Paradise lakes

Remove – Jeanine Bower from Fax, 8X8, Comm Data.

[QA can elect to close one same day because this came from Corp. “Jean Gonzales, Megan Imerfall, Allison Arnett”]

 

Second Ticket

New AI Ticket is made to add staff Member to the new Community 0530 Parkwood Estates

Add – Jeanine Bower Fax, 8X8, Comm Data.

Call made to verify that the right person is at the right ext. (Read *Notes Bellow)

Third Ticket if Needed

If the Staff Members have changed positions or are using a different phones (Musical Chairs) then you will have to reassign the extension numbers to the right employee.

New AI Tickets are made to modify any extension changes and the following will need to be updated on 8X8, and Comm Data.
