This is how to add new employees to the system.
Emails will come to updates@ceg-solutions.com when a new employ is hired. The email can come from jgonzales@yescommunities.com, mimmerfall@yescommunities.com, or aarnett@yescommunities.com. A ticket is opened detailing the new hires start date, email address, and title. After opening the ticket, forward the email to support@ceg-solutions.com detailing if it is actionable. Next the information is added to Comm Data, 8×8, and EFax. A test fax is sent.
Call the community and speak to the new hire. This is done to verify that the fax is received. Normally it takes the new hire a day or two to get their email set up. After verifying the fax was received, resolve the ticket. AI tickets that are requested by corporate do not need to have a follow up call from Quality Assurance. Quality Assurance will then close the ticket. Here is a quick break down of the order to adding the new hire.

- Open AI Ticket
- Forward email to support@ceg-solutions.com
- Add to Comm Data
- Add to 8×8
- Add to EFax
- Send test fax
- Call and verify fax was received
- Resolve ticket
- Quality Assurance closes ticket
When adding new employee to Comm Data, enter the name, position held, and email address.
Verify the correct extension and email in Comm Data before adding the employee to 8×8.
