Getting started with the Polycom 550 VoIP Phone
The following components are included in your SoundPoint IP 550/560 package:
Parts for the 550
This is a CAT5 cable
To connect the AC power:
1. Connect the supplied network cable between the LAN jack on the phone and the LAN port on the wall or D-Link device LAN port.
2. Connect the DC plug on the power adapter to the DC 24V jack marked on the SoundPoint IP 550 phone.
3. Connect the country-specific AC cord to the power adapter.
4. Connect the computer to the Port marked PC

The LAN Port will run to the Switch / D-Link / Modem / ISP / 8X8 PBX
