Resource – Before Granite Install Procedures for Client Awareness

Important steps to address with the CM before the Granite Tech starts work.

It’s important to communicate so let the CM know what they need to be aware of.

  • Have the CM call as soon as Granite Tech arrives.
  • Don’t let the Granite Tech start work until the Before Pictures are received by us.
  • Let the CM know that we will need to get After Pictures before they sign the Granite Customer Sign Out Sheet.
  • Let the CM know that whoever signs this document before we get a copy is responsible for the job.
  • Make it clear that we are going to monitor the project every hour by calling the Tech.
  • Make it perfectly clear that we need to get a copy of the Granite Customer Sign Out Sheet without any signature on the document to insure nothing gets added afterward.
  • Someone needs to be on site for the duration of the install and facilitate the Tech with passwords to get on all computer and printers.
  • Let the CM know that they can call at any time they have an issue with the performance of the Tech.
