When you are getting nowhere with AT&T you need to call the number below.

First thing is:

1. You need to ask for a Trouble Ticket – You will need to give that to the President’s desk
2. You need to get the Employee Number – You will need to give that to the President’s desk
3. Tell them to get your call back number and repeat it back to you – Important

Now Call the Executive Office for Complaints:

1. Call 1-210-821-4105
2. Run through the menu until you hear the number 7
3. Press 7 for Executive Office for Complaints

You will do better if you have the Trouble Ticket Number and Employee Number but you don’t need it nessoceroly.
