Procedures – Granite Scope of Work – SOW – Requirements for Granite Tech

Granite Tech needs to follow the steps and requirements upon arrival at job site.

Please add the following to all email job requests sent to Granite. Look at bottom of page for a copy and paste version of this for your e-mail to Granite.

Install with Granite First Step:

Granite Tech must call us- 800-908-2340 – upon arrival and ask to speak to the NIM.

Contact client and Tech to go over check-in/out procedures.

We explain the sign out procedures to the tech on first contact.

Before pictures must be received.

Install with Granite Last Step:

A non-signed JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION sheet must be scanned and emailed before release of the tech.

We will then call the Client and free them to sign the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION.

We are tracking the following:

Technician scheduled arrival date and time

Start date and time

Stop date and time

Release date and time

Equipment used

Parts supplied

Travel Time

Total project time reported by technician

Technician company name

Technician name

Technician cell number

Technician email address

The following must be checked before a sign out of the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION is filled out by tech for signature.

Services tested and working per SOW?

Install environment reviewed by CEG?

Before pictures must be received

After pictures must be received

Invoice is then checked against the JOB SIGN OUT / CUSTOMER VERIFICATION to insure our client is properly billed and Granite’s reputation is not damaged by a single tech.
